Compu Dynamics to Present at the Fourth Annual Washington, D.C. & Mid-Atlantic Data Center Summit in Dulles, Virginia

President Steve Altizer and Director of Sales and Marketing Dan Ephraim to Speak on Data Center Design and Government Cloud Computing

The premier national event that convenes developers, investors and end-users will take place September 14-16, 2016 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles North Loudon in Dulles, Virginia.

On Thursday, September 15, at 11:15 a.m., Mr. Altizer will join executives from HITT Contracting, T5 Facilities Management, STULZ Air Technology Systems, Blackrock, Skanska USA Building and CenturyLink for the panel, “Strategies for Upgrading Existing Data Centers to Stay Relevant in Today’s Competitive Environment: How to Improve the Design and Add Value to Legacy Data Centers.”  The first of two engineering, construction and asset management sessions, this panel will explore how to improve the design and build methodology of today’s data center developers, focusing on innovations in power protection and cooling technology, customer perception of non-traditional infrastructure systems, operational impact on ROI and more.

“As the data center industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace, careful analysis of the ways in which we construct new, and retrofit existing facilities is critical to remaining relevant within the industry and bringing enhanced value to customers,” explains Mr. Altizer.  “At Compu Dynamics, we are driving innovation throughout the mission-critical infrastructure design ecosystem by employing cutting-edge technologies and strategies.  I’m looking forward to sharing my experience and expertise with attendees to help advance existing facilities through intelligent design.”

Following this session, at 2:15 p.m., Mr. Ephraim will join professionals from Data Center Frontier, NATO, CIO and the Federal Communications Commission for the panel, “The Federal Cloud: The Challenges of Moving U.S. Government Data & Networks.” During this session, participants will explore how federal agencies are defining cloud computing, precautionary strategies for cloud and data center migrations, and how today’s data center owners and operators can monetize data security as an additional revenue stream.
