With more than 20 years of experience building some of the world’s most sophisticated government and commercial facilities, Steve brings our clients the leadership, commitment and unparalleled expertise needed for 24/7/365 operations.
Steve’s obsession with advanced technology, his real-world construction experience and his passion for highly responsive customer service provide the foundation for the Compu Dynamics service promise.
In 2002, Steve founded the Andrew Browning Group (now Compu Dynamics). Prior to that, he served as a senior executive with several nationally ranked general and mechanical contractors. His work led him across the United States and to distant countries.
Throughout his career, Steve has been a student of, and thought leader in, the technology and science behind today’s modern building environments. This interest has naturally led to an affinity for clients whose requirements drive them toward facilities that are smart, clean, safe, reliable, and secure.
Steve earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration, both from the University of Virginia.
As Vice President of Compu Dynamics, Lee leads the electrical department with a focus on solving our customers’ most challenging electrical problems. He served as President of Loudoun Electric Company from 2005 until its acquisition by Compu Dynamics in September 2011. Prior to that, Lee worked for industry-leading data center operator Equinix in various Sales and Engineering capacities beginning in the company’s start-up phase in 1999.
Lee built Loudoun Electric from a small, well-respected local company into one of the Washington DC region’s Top 25 electrical contractors during his tenure. Under his leadership, the company was named to the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies in 2007, 2008, and 2009.
Lee graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BS in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering.
As Director of Construction Operations for Compu Dynamics, Russell ensures that every project is completed on-time, as designed and as promised. He has over two decades of experience in both commercial and residential construction management. Over that period, he has served in a variety of capacities, including Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager and Director of Operations.
With a particular expertise in highly technical mechanical and electrical systems, Russell brings Compu Dynamics’ customers a rare combination of project management leadership and technical understanding.
Russell is responsible for establishing project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of Compu Dynamics’ service-oriented business philosophy.
Russell attended Louisiana’s prestigious Jefferson Technical Institute, holds a State of Maryland Unlimited Master HVAC License, is a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineer Society, and is manufacturer-certified on the industry’s most sophisticated critical systems.
As Director of Service Operations, Curtis spearheads the all-important critical facility service operations for Compu Dynamics. His customer service leadership includes nearly three decades of proven experience in the field and in management.
Curtis’ expertise and strategic insight provides Compu Dynamics’ customers with a champion who understands both their strategic requirements and the real-world challenges of critical facility operations.
Curtis is the consummate service professional. He directs our preventive, emergency and comprehensive maintenance programs, works with our customers to develop escalation procedures, and creates industry-leading methods of procedure for safe, cost-effective and highly reliable critical facility operations.
Prior to joining Compu Dynamics, Curtis ran service operations for the region’s most respected HVAC and mechanical contractors. Steamfitter, foreman, and HVACR journeyman, Curtis holds countless manufacturer certifications and is recognized as one of the region’s leading experts in the maintenance of high-performance precision HVAC systems.
As Operations Manager of the Electrical Department for Compu Dynamics, Rob is committed to working with our team and customers to ensure 100% satisfaction on every project.
Rob has over 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential electrical service and construction. His electrical experience ranges from his early years as a 3rd-generation Electrician, to Field Operations Manager and then Regional Manager for one of the largest electrical contractors in South Carolina.
He then went on to start Morgan Electric Company in Hilton Head Island, SC, building his company from a 2-man operation to one of the largest and best-known electrical contractors in the Hilton Head/Beaufort/Savannah area. As owner and President of Morgan Electric, Rob oversaw day-to-day operations with a strong emphasis on teamwork, service quality, and his trademark focus on establishing and nurturing customer relationships. Morgan Electric received the “Subcontractor-of -the-Year” award for two years running from the area’s foremost building contractor.
Rob served as Operations Manager for Loudoun Electric Company prior to its acquisition by Compu Dynamics. Rob is committed to the continued growth of Compu Dynamics through a professional staff and well trained technicians working together as a team to ensure that every project is completed correctly and on time.
Rob attended Midlands Technical College in Columbia, SC. acquiring his trades certificate. He acquired his South Carolina Journeyman’s License in 1990, his South Carolina Masters License in 1994, and his Georgia Master’s License in 2004.
